We will take the first month to do a deep dive into your ministry vision, mission, and priorities to understand organizational goals. We also review your existing metrics, data and processes to identify actionable opportunity for improvement against those goals.
3. Ongoing Ministry Services
Based on the Ministry Assessment, we'll develop a customized quote of ongoing services we can provide your ministry to help augment your current team and ensure strategic goals are met.
